Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous support to customers, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively.
- Conduct software testing to identify and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product features based on customer feedback.
- Deliver training sessions to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to utilize products efficiently.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients to foster strong relationships and promote trust.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably within engineering or quality assurance sectors.
- Strong communication skills in both Persian and English, enabling effective interaction with diverse customer bases.
- Proficient in software testing methodologies with a keen eye for detail.
