International Customer Support Specialist (English – Remote)

Job Description

At Rooberah, a fast-moving startup based in the Sharif Innovation Zone, we’re looking for a motivated and skilled teammate to join our Customer Support team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist with strong English proficiency.
Our customers are diverse businesses, and our work falls under the B2B category.
Supporting B2B customers means dealing with deeper, more complex, and more sensitive issues than typical day-to-day consumer requests. That’s why support is the frontline of our business—and customer satisfaction is our top priority. And we know customer satisfaction always comes from two things: a solid product and excellent support.

Responsibilities:
- Keep your product knowledge up to date and develop a full understanding of all aspects of our platform
- Communicate with customers effectively, identify their issues accurately, and provide the best possible solutions
- Be consistently present and on time for scheduled shifts to ensure uninterrupted support service
- Escalate root-cause issues to relevant teams for efficient problem resolution
- Collaborate within a shift structure of 2 night shifts + 3 day shifts per week (varied hours)

Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely with discipline, consistency, and high performance
- Genuine care for customers and strong motivation to keep them satisfied
- High learning agility and sharp problem-understanding skills
- Excellent English proficiency across all four skills (all communication is in English)
- Background in English teaching or academic studies is a plus
- Strong team-player mindset
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule (22 shifts per month, mixed day/night)
