Job Description: • Collaborating closely with the sales team to provide essential support and information needed for successful customer interactions. • Providing excellent customer service from "Lead to Cash". • Responding to customer issues, complaints, or demands in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Collaborating with various internal departments, including sales, application laboratory, marketing, logistics, and planning to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience. • Shipping samples to the customers and tracking deliveries are vital in terms of opportunity management and following up with customers to gather feedback on samples. • Managing projects and contracts in cooperation with the sales department and following up on related tasks in • CRM and ERP systems. • Generating reports and analyzing the data to provide insights for sales strategies. • Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a closely related field. • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales operations (food & beverage market experience is preferred). • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP. • Excellent verbal and written skills in English. • A good team player with strong communication skills. • Analytical thinking with an innovative point of view and high problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and stress. • Willing to take initiative and responsibility. • No military obligation for male candidates.
