At RobeRah, as a successful and fast-growing startup in the Sharif Innovation Area, we are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist with strong English skills to provide 24/7 support for our online service.
Our customers are businesses (B2B). Unlike B2C support, B2B support is often more complex, critical, and requires deeper understanding, as issues can directly impact business operations. That’s why our frontline support team is at the heart of our company, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe it comes from two key elements: a great product and excellent support.
Responsibilities:
- Keep your product knowledge up-to-date and strive to understand all aspects of our service
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, fully understand their issues, and provide the best solutions
- Be punctual and reliable during assigned shifts to ensure uninterrupted customer support
- Escalate root-cause issues to relevant teams for timely resolution
- Collaborate in 2 night shifts and 3 day shifts, with flexible scheduling as needed
Key Competencies:
- Empathy and dedication to keeping customers happy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and understand customer issues thoroughly
- Fluent English in all four skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
(Experience in teaching or studying English is a plus)
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (22 shifts per month), including both day and night shifts

This role is on-site in West Tehran, except for late-night and early-morning shifts, which can be done remotely.
