Job Description

  • To manage the production processes and meet business objectives with the available resources to achieve continuous improvement within manufacturing costs, productivity, and quality standards as well as best maintenance of assets.
  • To manage engineering warehouses to make sure all spare parts are available on time with high quality.
  • To prepare and supervise the maintenance plan.
  • To manage production maintenance workshop.
  • Supplier management and budget management
  • To follow spare parts localization with high quality and lifetime. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or relevant education.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in production area within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industry.
  • Proven record of budget and cost management capability.
  • Proven record of maintenance plan preparation and execution.
  • Experience in managing a team is a must.
  • Project management knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiar with continuous improvement systems in the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills along with the ability to build robust development plans for teams of various skill levels.
  • Good command of English.
