To manage engineering warehouses to make sure all spare parts are available on time with high quality.
To prepare and supervise the maintenance plan.

To follow spare parts localization with high quality and lifetime.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or relevant education.
5 to 8 years of experience in production area within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industry.
Proven record of budget and cost management capability.
Proven record of maintenance plan preparation and execution.
Experience in managing a team is a must.
Project management knowledge is a plus.
Familiar with continuous improvement systems in the industry.
Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
Coaching and mentoring skills along with the ability to build robust development plans for teams of various skill levels.
