This incumbent is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring people to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role involves developing recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
Areas of Responsibility:
Recruitment Policy: Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition policy aligned with organizational goals.
Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidate skills and fit.
Candidate and Hiring Manager Experiences: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Internship Programs: Design, coordinate, and handle internship programs to attract emerging talent.
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience: Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR (3 years minimum for specialist roles).
Language and Computer Skills:
Full English proficiency.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms.
Soft Skills:
Clear, effective verbal and written communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Being motivated and focused on achieving recruitment targets.
Flexibility to adjust recruitment strategies in a fast-changing environment.
Handling multiple recruitment processes, projects, and priorities effectively.
Attentively understanding candidates' and hiring managers' needs and concerns.
