Job Description

Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for jobs.
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
Analyze, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training and development to meet.
Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
Support the administration benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
HR data and document management with an audit mindset
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least five years of human resources experience.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding local labor considerations
Effective collaboration skills for remote work.
