Job Description
The Administrative and HR Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all processes related to human resources and administrative affairs within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with management to develop the HR structure, enhance organizational culture, and improve the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement recruitment, hiring, and interview processes for new employees
Develop and execute training, career development, and employee growth programs
Design and manage performance evaluation, motivation, and retention systems
Draft, review, and ensure implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and regulations
Prepare and maintain employee records and resume databases
Draft and manage employment contracts in compliance with labor and social security laws
Support payroll calculations and personnel compensation management
Analyze and update the organizational chart and job classification system
Follow up on administrative matters, permits, insurance, and official correspondence
Organize cultural and engagement events to strengthen organizational values
Monitor employee satisfaction and motivation, and propose improvement initiatives
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of labor, insurance, and tax laws
Proficiency in HR processes (recruitment, training, performance management, motivation, retention, etc.)
Ability to draft and implement organizational policies and procedures
Familiarity with HR software systems and MS Office tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude
High attention to detail, organization, and professional commitment
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with financial and accounting principles
Experience in organizational design and HR development projects
