
Job Description
A software company specialized in developing enterprise systems, with a strong focus on designing and implementing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and ERP solutions, is seeking a Senior HRMS Business Analyst to join and strengthen its Business Analysis team.

Key Responsibilitie:
Analyze and define human resources processes within ERP and HRMS platforms
Model business processes using BPMN and conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis
Perform GAP Analysis and propose process and system improvement solutions
Produce clear, detailed, and comprehensive software requirement documentation
Plan, facilitate, and lead analysis workshops and effectively engage senior stakeholders
Translate TO-BE workflows into functional specifications for design and development teams
Participate in system testing, validation, and acceptance of developed solutions
Train end users and formally deliver solutions to the client
Conduct professional communication and negotiation with software vendors
Key skills
Software analysis and design and systems modeling
Proficiency in BPMN, AS-IS / TO-BE and GAP Analysis
Deep familiarity with ERP and HRMS standard processes
Experience working with organizational solutions such as:
SAP, Zoho, NetSuite, Odoo
Mastery of modeling tools:
Visio, Visual Paradigm, Enterprise Architect
Familiarity with databases:
SQL Server or Oracle
Effective communication skills, requirements gathering and teamwork
Ability to logical analysis, follow-up and professional interaction with stakeholders
Applied mastery of software:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Specific experience in human resource systems (HRMS) analysis.
Having a related career path in the field of programming and software design and practical familiarity with the software development cycle
Educational qualification: at least bachelor's degree (education in the fields of software engineering, IT engineering, industrial engineering is considered desirable)
Service status: permanent exemption or termination of service card
Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level (professional correspondence and negotiation skills)
