As a senior HR generalist at AGF, you will play a crucial role. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, contributing to the overall success and well-being of our employees and the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, from job posting to new hire orientation.
Conducting performance management, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development.
Overseeing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Managing benefits administration and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Collaborating with department heads to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Assisting with HR policy development, updating the employee handbook, and welfare procedure, and ensuring adherence to policies.
Preparing needed HR insights reports.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree or PHRi is a plus).
At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR generalist roles.
Experience in the petrochemical, oil, and gas industry is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proven ability to work with confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
