As a senior HR generalist at AGF, you will play a crucial role. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, contributing to the overall success and well-being of our employees and the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, from job posting to new hire orientation.
- Conducting performance management, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development.
- Overseeing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Managing benefits administration and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with department heads to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Assisting with HR policy development, updating the employee handbook, and welfare procedure, and ensuring adherence to policies.
- Preparing needed HR insights reports.
