● Reviewing and screening the received resumes based on the eligibility criteria. ● Conducting competency-based interviews. ● Assessing the level of satisfaction of applicants, managers, and employed people with the recruiting and hiring process. ● Coordinating and following up on related to the recruitment and hiring process with managers. ● Preparing various analytical reports in the field of recruitment.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management. ● More than 4 years of experience in the same position. ● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Familiar with the FMCG industry. ● Fluent in workforce planning methods. ● Excellent in the talent acquisition process. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Result-oriented. ● Strong networking abilities. ● Age range: 27 to 35 years old. ● Good Command of English.
