Job Description

We are looking for a talent acquisition and recruitment specialist to join our human resources department. He/she will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and hosting or participating in career events.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and preparation of monthly reports.
  • Planning interviews; including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).

Requirements

  • At least 2 or 3 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Proven work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Persian.
  • Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
