We are looking for a talent acquisition and recruitment specialist to join our human resources department. He/she will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and hosting or participating in career events.
Job Description:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and preparation of monthly reports.
Planning interviews; including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Requirements
At least 2 or 3 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Proven work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or a similar role.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Persian.
Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
