● Manage the production performance and personnel issues.
● Providing and updating the related documents.
● Assessment of production process.
● Participation in production planning and coordination to achieve goals.
● Preparing daily and monthly reports and presenting the results.
● Coordinate with the other departments and ensure that the production does not get held up or malfunction due to any reason.
● Manage team performance: know team problems, define areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork, and lead problem solving
● Manage daily meetings, ensure the respect of standardized work methods, and assure presence on the floor to answer questions or address problems.
Requirements
● University qualifications: M.Sc. or higher degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
● Previous experience: at least 5 years of experience in automotive industries.
● Good communication and teamwork ability.
● Good command of Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
● Ability to self-organize, self-diagnose and self-motivate
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Strong documentation skills.
● Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and the willingness to put extra hours in, when needed.
● Familiar with automotive industry standards.
● Must be extremely detail oriented.
● Familiar with English language.
