Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Control or Power Engineering)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the design and control of electrical systems, refrigeration panels, automation, and industrial control systems
Language Proficiency:
English – Upper Intermediate level or higher
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design and Drafting:
Design and prepare electrical schematics, control panels, and power circuits using specialized engineering software.
Controller Programming:
Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and drives to optimize the performance of refrigeration systems.
Product Development:
Collaborate in the design and development of new products with a focus on enhancing energy efficiency and overall system performance.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Conduct functional testing, identify technical issues, and implement corrective solutions to improve system stability and reliability.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare and update technical documentation, electrical drawings, and operation manuals.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with production, after-sales service, and quality control teams.
Technical Competencies
Proficient in EPLAN and electrical schematic design
Familiar with refrigeration projects and industrial electrical panels
Ability to design, plan, and manage electrical projects
Experience with PLC/HMI controllers (e.g., TIA Portal)
Proficient in ICDL software and electrical measuring instruments (multimeter, megger, testing equipment)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions in refrigeration control systems
