Job Description
We are a reputed mining group, headquartered in Tehran, looking for a human resources manager. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the Group from recruitment to performance and wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.
Responsibilities:
● Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
● Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
● Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
● Maintaining pay plans by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; overtime management, recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
● Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
● Preparing HR Manual, employees handbook, operations manual
● Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing labor law; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings as needed.
● Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Performing additional duties or assignments as directed by management.
