Job Description

● Preparation and regulation of policies, instructions, executive methods, regulations, and human resources sections. ● Employee care path planning. ● Determining performance review indicators, monitoring the issuance of recruitment rulings, and conducting performance appraisals of employees. ● Preparing and updating the description of company posts. ● Establishment and control of personnel rating system and submission of relevant reports. ● Creating a communication system between employees and the organization. ● Job analysis and design of salary system and compensation of employees. ● Training employees and trying to improve their knowledge and skills. ● Maintain and strengthen employee motivation. ● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. ● Nurture a positive working environment. ● Establishing KPIs for jobs and carrying out performance management system. ● Designing and implementing career paths. ● Promoting human resources development and carrying out the training process. ● Maintaining and promoting staff motivations and performance.

Requirements

● Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields, (Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields). ● Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Manager. ● Mastery of labor and social security laws. ● Full mastery of the interview process and recruitment and employment of personnel required by the organization. ● Introduction to Human Resources in factory Industries.
