● Promoting human resources development and carrying out the training process.
● Maintaining and promoting staff motivations and performance.
Requirements
● Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields, (Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields).
● Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Manager.
● Mastery of labor and social security laws.
● Full mastery of the interview process and recruitment and employment of personnel required by the organization.
● Introduction to Human Resources in factory Industries.
