Talent attraction and placement by developing and executing the recruitment plans alongside the outsourcing partner and employee branding.
Initiate and maintain HR processes and policies.
Assist in developing and coordinating the implementation of organizational development programs/initiatives.
Act as an advisor to the CHRO functions on human resource programs and initiatives by Interpreting internal/external business issues and recommending solutions to the HR director.
Requirements
Sufficient knowledge of various fields of human resources such as insurance and welfare, salaries and wages, education, etc.
High executive ability and power in various areas of human resources.
Ability to create interaction and organizational communication.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
At least 15 years of useful and related experience as well as managerial experience.
