Job Description

  • Talent attraction and placement by developing and executing the recruitment plans alongside the outsourcing partner and employee branding.
  • Initiate and maintain HR processes and policies.
  • Assist in developing and coordinating the implementation of organizational development programs/initiatives.
  • Act as an advisor to the CHRO functions on human resource programs and initiatives by Interpreting internal/external business issues and recommending solutions to the HR director.

Requirements

  • Sufficient knowledge of various fields of human resources such as insurance and welfare, salaries and wages, education, etc.
  • High executive ability and power in various areas of human resources.
  • Ability to create interaction and organizational communication.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • At least 15 years of useful and related experience as well as managerial experience.
  • Adequate familiarity with English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
