● Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department.
● Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
● Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
● Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
● Human resources development and training.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
● At least 15 years of experience in the HR field.
● Familiar with Iranian laws and regulations.
● Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
● Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits.
