Job Description

● Participation in drafting company strategies and laying out pertinent HR strategies. ● Office automation and attendance systems. ● Plan and implement recruitment systems. ● Supervise employees’ work satisfaction matters. ● Interview applicants and counseling employees. ● Design positions and work planning. ● Implement routine employee evaluation. ● Organize and execute training programs for employees. ● Design and execute ideas for elevating employees’ work satisfaction. ● Draft legal contracts. ● Documentation. ● Prepare meticulous executive letters/reports. ● Design company charts, regulations, or workflows. ● Plan recreational events for employees. ● Workplace: Factories are outside of Tehran; Office in Tehran.
