About the Company:
Jahan Setareh Aria is a leading manufacturer of pasta and macaroni. We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Generalist to join our team at our factory in Abyek. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our employees and a key part of our HR strategy, managing everything from hiring to employee development.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment and hiring process.
• Create clear job descriptions and conduct interviews to find the right candidates.
• Handle the onboarding process for new employees (welcome orientation, safety training, and company policies).
• Ensure all factory operations follow Labor Law and Social Security rules.
• Manage employment contracts (issuing, renewing, and updating them) and final settlements for staff.
• Act as a member of the Disciplinary Committee to handle conflicts, employee complaints, and motivation issues fairly.
• Supervise employee welfare services (transportation, meals, uniforms, and health check-ups).
• Make regular visits to production lines, warehouses, and facilities to check the working environment and listen to employee concerns.
• Monitor attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave to keep everything running efficiently.
• Identify training needs for production staff and help organize skill-building programs.
• Run performance reviews based on clear goals (KPIs).
• Work with the PR team to improve company culture, organize events, and promote a safe and fair workplace.
• Track important HR data (like staff turnover, hiring speed, and absenteeism) and report them to management.
• Find areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, or Psychology.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in a factory, industrial site, or the FMCG/Food industry.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of Iranian Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
• Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards in food production.
• Experience with attendance software and HR systems (e.g., Rahkaran).
• Good computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Personal Soft Skills:
• Patient, decisive, and able to handle stressful situations.
• Great communication skills; able to talk easily to everyone, from factory workers to top managers.
• Hands-on approach; prefers being active in the factory rather than just working at a desk.
