ASA Biotech Pharmaceutical Company is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join its HR team.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
Support the daily activities of the Human Resources team and ensure HR processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including publishing job advertisements, reviewing applications and resumes, onboarding, and introducing new employees to the organization. Manage the preparation and maintenance of personnel files, filing documentation, and following up on missing employee documents.
Training and Development:
Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA), coordinate training programs for new and existing employees, and assist with employee development initiatives.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation and administration of performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance and identify development needs.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain and update employee records, prepare HR reports, and monitor the accuracy of payroll calculation and processing.
Attendance and Performance Reporting:
Ensure compliance with attendance, working hours, entry and exit regulations, resolve employee attendance and timesheet discrepancies, and prepare monthly reports for submission to the Compensation & Benefits unit.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Completion of HR development courses and possession of relevant professional certificates will be considered an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Skills
Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge and understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
