Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop and implement a structured hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and attract top talent
  • Build and manage a talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growth
  • Employee Relations & Culture
  • Create and nurture a strong company culture that aligns with our values and vision
  • Develop employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment

 

HR Operations & Compliance

 

  • Establish and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Performance Management & Development
  • Design and implement performance review processes
  • Identify training and development opportunities for employees
  • Work with leadership to create career growth plans for employees

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Collaborate with finance to oversee payroll, benefits, and employee perks
  • Research and recommend competitive compensation packages

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Ability to build HR processes from scratch and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
