● Follow up on all matters related to the human resources unit.
● Continuous follow-up of activities until the realization of results and completion of assigned tasks.
● Provide weekly reports to the HR Manager.
● Guide and acquaint the new employee with the organization or company, his job, and job duties.
● Compilation of reports and documents related to the recruitment process.
● Perform the assigned activities with accuracy and quality.
Requirements
● Have a university degree in Management and other related fields.
● At least 3 years of experience.
● Fluent in English.
● Mastery of human resources software.
● Motivated and capable of managing affairs.
● Full mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
