Job Description

Conducting personnel contracts, employee insurance, welfare, etc.
Conducting settlement of accounts with personnel who have stopped cooperating for any reason.
Carrying out matters related to personnel monitoring and performance and providing monthly reports in all departments of the company.
Carrying out matters related to internal and external personnel training.
Providing the necessary reports requested by the CEO.

Requirements

Managerial experience in a related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree related to HR.
Teamwork spirit.
Strong emotional intelligence.
Secrecy and confidentiality.
Proficient in administrative correspondence.
Familiarity with the laws of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
