Job Description

  • Conducting personnel contracts, employee insurance, welfare, etc.
  • Conducting settlement of accounts with personnel who have stopped cooperating for any reason.
  • Carrying out matters related to personnel monitoring and performance and providing monthly reports in all departments of the company.
  • Carrying out matters related to internal and external personnel training.
  • Providing the necessary reports requested by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Managerial experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree related to HR.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.
  • Secrecy and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in administrative correspondence.
  • Familiarity with the laws of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
