● Production management along with nonstop development of production efficiencies. ● Risk management. ● Tension management. ● On-time delivery management focused on warehouse/storage activities and related constant improvements. ● Routine quality control management. ● Responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of the plant. ● Implementing the plant-wide policies. ● Giving constructive feedback to employees, as well as continuous monitoring, observing plus continuous and regular assessments. ● Collaboration with the other key departments. ● Systematic management of raw materials as well as observing their consumption in order to direct them all to reach high-efficiency production.
