Job Description

Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
Conduct competency-based interviews.

Maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Measure and optimize key recruitment metrics.
Update Job profiles.
Conduct onboarding processes.
Oversee all stages of candidate experience.
Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

At least 7 years of previous proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Good team-management abilities.
Expert in talent sourcing, attracting top candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
Expert in employer branding initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
