Job Description

- Screen candidates CVs and present to hiring managers for an interview - Conducting a competency-based interview and Analyzing Psychological custom test - Promote an excellent candidate experience including candidate notification, offer letters, background checks - Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates - Track and monitor all hiring transactions in various employment databases - Delivers outstanding customer and candidate experiences as an owner of the onsite interview to the hiring process - Analyze the market for best practices and new approaches to talent acquisition - Analyze Recruitment and Employer branding data and share insights - Plan and Supports execution of Employer Branding events - Administrative duties as needed

Requirements

- Strong communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills - Strong business acumen - Ability to multi-task; be flexible and manage to change priorities effectively - Possess excellent detail orientation and time management skills - Creative drive and positive attitude - Excellent working knowledge of TA best practices and methodologies - Able to manage 20+ requisitions at a time - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products especially Excel - Fluent in English
