Job Description
- Screen candidates CVs and present to hiring managers for an interview
- Conducting a competency-based interview and Analyzing Psychological custom test
- Promote an excellent candidate experience including candidate notification, offer letters, background checks
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Track and monitor all hiring transactions in various employment databases
- Delivers outstanding customer and candidate experiences as an owner of the onsite interview to the hiring process
- Analyze the market for best practices and new approaches to talent acquisition
- Analyze Recruitment and Employer branding data and share insights
- Plan and Supports execution of Employer Branding events
- Administrative duties as needed
