Job Description

  • Posting job advertisements in line with staffing requests.
  • Publishing job ads, screening résumés, and conducting phone interviews.
  • Inviting qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinating interview processes with relevant department managers.
  • Following up on the assessment stages.
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job sites, social media, and related platforms.
  • Familiarity with headhunting processes.
  • Evaluating candidates' qualifications through phone and in-person interviews based on competency models.
  • Administering psychological and competency assessments to ensure alignment with organizational culture.
  • Providing analytical reports on recruitment costs and method effectiveness.
  • Conducting background checks.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Residence: Tehran.
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Possessing qualities such as coachability, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, analytical skills, openness to change, adaptability, effective communication, friendly and committed demeanor, active listening, emotional regulation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of English.
