Inviting qualified candidates for interviews.
Coordinating interview processes with relevant department managers.
Following up on the assessment stages.
Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job sites, social media, and related platforms.
Familiarity with headhunting processes.
Evaluating candidates' qualifications through phone and in-person interviews based on competency models.
Administering psychological and competency assessments to ensure alignment with organizational culture.
Providing analytical reports on recruitment costs and method effectiveness.
Conducting background checks.
Requirements:
Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Residence: Tehran.
Master's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
Possessing qualities such as coachability, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, analytical skills, openness to change, adaptability, effective communication, friendly and committed demeanor, active listening, emotional regulation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
