Job Description
The shift leader is responsible for managing the crew who are working on the lines, he should lead the team in order to meet the targets such as production attainments (OEE & MTBF), Quality, and EH&S on each shift. He has to spend most of his time on the shop floor, has strong contact with the crew, and ensures the workflow's continuation towards the needs. He also makes sure that all IWS standards are followed while fostering and maintaining a positive work environment.
