Job Description


● Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and create job descriptions.
● Utilize various recruiting channels to source, screen, and select qualified candidates.
● Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their suitability for the job.
● Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
● Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
● Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage and ensure a positive candidate experience.
● Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
● Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Requirements


● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● More than five years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
● Experience in recruiting for various positions across different industries.
● Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of recruitment activities.
● Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
