Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● More than five years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or leadership role. ● Experience in recruiting for various positions across different industries. ● Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
