Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior HR specialist with a strong focus on talent acquisition. In this role, you will lead hiring initiatives while also contributing to broader HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and HR reporting. Your ability to attract top talent and support HR operations will be key to our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates via social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR systems and recruitment data for reporting purposes.
- Assist in internal mobility and workforce planning processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement and retention projects.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred:
- Experience in fast-paced or specialized industries.
- Background in employer branding, recruitment analytics, or onboarding design.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
