Job Description

  • Executing employee performance management system including extracting KPIs, objective setting, and performance review.
  • Facilitating HR events as required.
  • Performing newcomers onboarding programs promptly.
  • Discovering top talents for open positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Reviewing employment applications.
  • Planning advertisement, interview, and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinating with department/subunit managers to continue the recruitment process.
  • Assessing candidates’ information including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assisting with employer branding, various surveys, and recruitment events.
  • Assisting with job profile designing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. 
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and results-focus.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Deep knowledge of human resources science.
  • Fluency in English.
