Job Description

Job description: • Creativity and initiative in providing solutions to identify new target markets. • Analysis of potential markets and customers and Identify the target market. • Prepare sales and distribution strategy, plans, and budgets and approve budget expenditures. • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. • Optimizes the operational performance of the sales team, in line with the marketing strategy, objective, and related marketing plan. • Responsible for the implementation of processes, procedures, and organizations within the division.

Requirements

Requirement: • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of construction and all the related fields to the job position include elevators, escalators or HVAC systems • Specialist knowledge: Excellent in English language • Advanced in MS office and Computer and Internet literate • Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Management, or MBA • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. • Prefer Turkish language. Personality skills: • Committed and result oriented • Ability to delegate • Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts • Ability and willing to work in new and changing environment • Talent for people management • Strong relationship builder • Highly motivated self-starter • Energetic, creative, educable, and having teamwork spirit • Being faithful to the company Work conditions: • Full time • Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm + Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm • Current Location: Sadat Abad - Tehran
