Pergam Carton Noor, a manufacturer of various types of labels, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its sales team and develop effective marketing and sales strategies. This position is based in Tehran and requires strong leadership abilities and creative skills to increase market share and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and build long-term relationships with key customers
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets
Analyze the market and identify new business development opportunities
Plan and supervise promotional and advertising activities
Prepare performance reports and propose improvement strategies to management
Requirements:
Applicants must be over the age of 42
Over 15 years of professional experience in B2B sales and marketing within reputable companies
Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Management, or a related field
Previous experience in managerial roles within sales and marketing
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in English-language CRM software
