Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
● Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
● Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
● Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
● Meet planned sales goals.
● Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
● Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
● Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
● Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
● Ongoing training of your salespeople.
● Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
● Promote the organization and products.
