Job Description

● Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. ● Develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database of candidates. ● Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and the applicant requests as required. ● Source and attract talented candidates via reliable recruitment partners and networking. ● Promote the company's employer brand by building a relationship with external partners such as universities, agencies, and recruitment forums.

Requirements

● 3 years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interviewing experience. ● Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
