Job Description
Position Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill job openings within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
● Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
● Manages internal referral program.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
● Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates.
● Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
● Facilitate job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
● Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
