Job Description

● Manage and control area production activities, strategy, and plans in order to meet the business demand by the production. ● Ensure reliable and sustainable plant operations. ● Oversee quality management procedures and ensure all processes. ● Monitor and evaluate the area operations performance. ● Control timely and accurate reporting. ● Coordinate, implement, and document all process improvements. ● Perform team management duties. ● Determine organizing group training, and providing standards and guidelines. ● Control operating activities to stay within budget. ● Manage and control capital expenditure budget.

Requirements

1. Production Management: • Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets. • Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures. • Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems 2. Production Process Management • Define manufacturing processes and procedures for a specific area in line with safety • Propose ideas for the continuous improvement program in the area. • Take care of necessary capacity improvements to fulfill the demand evolution and prevent new asset investments. 3. People Management • Monitor employee job performance such as attendance, quality, and productivity. • Oversee development of the work team within department through coaching, training and engaging team members through effective cascading of goals, visual performance boards and performance management and ongoing communications of factory changes and performance.
