To draw up efficient monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules according to plan as directed by the director.
To implement and manage systems to meet the required quality standards.
To verify CCPs and oPRPs in the production area which are the part of product release process.
To manage and implement all company regulations and procedures about safety, hygiene, quality, secrecy, documentation control, etc.
To be part of the HACCP team and cascade requirements and standards (FSSC 22000) QFS Target to the production department.
To play an active role in managing, motivating, training, and directing the plant's production workforce.
To implement and manage Autonomous Maintenance (AM) in production dept. to restore back and Sustain production equipment in normal condition.
To cooperate with the maintenance and servicing of the plant's production lines to minimize downtime and maximize the efficiency and working life of all production equipment and machinery.
To set up working systems that minimize losses during production.
To constantly explore and implement methods of continuous improvement.
To be actively involved with the other Managers in the development of new product lines.
To provide regular production information and performance reports.
To carry out any relevant tasks as directed by the factory director.
To cascade all new operational decisions, roles, and instructions.
To check and control the Plan Service Level (PSL)and report its gap analysis it to all department managers.
To coordinate with quality to update and validate new instructions and changes.
To control all administrative jobs related to subordinates.
To Prepare production reports regularly and per case of related incidents.
To participate in training programs to develop subordinates.
To train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
To review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production problems.
To stop the production line in case of any deviation in CCP/OPRPs and PRP verification/monitoring activities.
To monitor food safety and quality criteria in production.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
At least 10 years of related experience.
Fluent In English
Manufacturing strategy and network design (qualified).

Familiar with FSSC 22000 and GMP standards and implemented and committed to safety and QFS standards.
