Job Description

Quality Assurance Team Leader and Production Executive:

  • To supervise the operation, monitoring production compliance, and manpower monitoring of 3rd party manufacturers inclusive of any future additional tasks assigned by the company.
  • To support and conduct monthly stock counts at both 3rd party manufacturers and Rish Niromand Pars warehouse with the finance team.
  • To be responsible for incoming raw material and packaging material quality control, inline quality control & quality assurance of finished products.
  • To monitor the physical testing of in-process products and finished goods to assure product quality.
  • To be part of the ‘Sensory Council” of Rish Niromand Pars.
  • To verify the testing records generated by 3rd party manufacturer.
  • To control stock level of chemicals, consumable items, and stationary in the lab.
  • To ensure all lab equipment is in good condition and the lab is running without any issues.
  • To be responsible for daily instrument calibration and monthly verification.
  • To supervise the right cleaning procedures.
  • To monitor pest control program and lead external 3rd party pest controller, reviewing reports, and taking actions where appropriate.
  • To conduct related training for newcomers and refresher training.
  • To provide weekly quality reports to Rish Niromand Pars and 3rd party manufacturer leader (FG status report, findings in 3rd party manufacturer, customer complaint).
  • To generate new documents, implement, maintain, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date, and ensure all ISO management systems and food safety systems are in-place.
  • To be a substitute (and perform all tasks) in the absence of 3rd party manufacturer.
  • To coordinate and perform self-audit programs.
  • To prepare samples requested by Rish Niromand Pars's commercial team.
  • To provide technical reports for any machine breakdowns consisting of both mechanical and electrical.
  • To provide a weekly production report, consisting of a weekly summary of issues related to, Operations, machine breakdowns, waste, and action taken to solve the problem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food industry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience in quality and food production.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
