Requirements
● At least five years of relevant experience in the food industry.
● Strong project management skills.
● Ability to coach and motivate employees.
● Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing.
● Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
● Teamwork, adaptability, resilience and stress, result orientation, good communication, and negotiation skills.
