Job Description

● Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality. ● Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. ● Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. ● Ensure that health and safety regulations are met. ● Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. ● Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production. ● Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. ● Train, evaluate, or discharge staff or resolve personnel grievances. ● Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. ● Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities. ● Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures. ● Direct organizational operations, projects, or services.

Requirements

● At least five years of relevant experience in the food industry. ● Strong project management skills. ● Ability to coach and motivate employees. ● Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing. ● Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook. ● Teamwork, adaptability, resilience and stress, result orientation, good communication, and negotiation skills. ● deal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
