Requirements
❖ M/F
❖ Experience: 7+ years of human resources generalist or people manager experience, preferably in a professional services firm
❖ Strong eye for business and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate People and business strategies
❖ Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers, and strong talent assessment skills
❖ Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
❖ Ability to handle difficult/urgent situations and conversations, working well under pressure while maintaining professional rapport and confidentiality
❖ Proven team player but also able to operate independently
❖ Strong prioritization and time management skills
❖ Commitment to continued learning and keeping up on regulatory changes/requirements
❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education & Professional Training
❖ Education: Master’s degree in human resources, Management, Business Administration, and another related field
❖ Any professional certificate such as PHRI or SPHR; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is desirable and considered as an advantage.
