Job Description
● Participate in the hiring process by selecting qualified job applicants or referring them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
● Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles through different recruitment channels.
● Provide innovative insight and ideas for filling complex and hard-to-fill positions.
● Maintain and update human resources documents, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms.
● Participate in the onboarding process and provide appropriate plans.
● Participate in offboarding programs.
● Functions independently as an expert within the assigned area with limited guidance from the manager.
● Follow up with multiple internal parties to ensure HR procedures are correctly followed.
● Participate in training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire necessary skills in an effective and timely process.
