Job Description

  • Search and hire employees for the required professions, specialties and qualifications.
  • Conduct personnel records and reporting, Including personnel orders, timesheets, certificates, etc.
  • Control the registration of admission, transfer and dismissal of employees.
  • Develop regulations and documents for working with personnel.
  • Develop a system of selection, motivation and development of personnel.
  • Register employees and help them adapt to the workplace.
  • Participate in the organization of personnel certification and training.
  • Participate in the formation and development of corporate culture.
  • Analyze trends in the labor market: salary offers, methods of selection and personnel assessment.
  • Develop and conduct HR communication activities: info-sessions, corporate events.
  • Work and develop personnel digital databases.
  • General HR administration.
  • Develop and deliver labor contracts.

Requirements

  • Higher professional education (Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR, Law, or related fields).
  • HR administration - at least 5 years.
  • HR in Oil and Gas companies - at least 4 years.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Russian as a plus)- at least Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Strong knowledge of the Iranian labor code and related HR procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, and high standards of professional behavior and ethics
