Duties:
• Designing the strategy and short-term goals of the human resources unit according to the company's macro-goals and using the analysis of available data.
• Management and supervision of all human resource processes, including recruitment and recruitment, performance appraisal, job analysis, job placement and job posting, service compensation, socialization, etc.
• Continuously optimize ongoing HR processes.
• Develop policies, policies and guidelines related to human resources in accordance with the needs of the company.
• Design and implement a comprehensive employee performance management plan and establish a link between performance and incentive and reward programs.
• Creating the structure of training and development of employees in accordance with the needs of the organization and designing the required training budget.
• Design and implement incentive programs, increase employee affiliation and organizational commitment by considering the organization's goals and related budget design.
• Designing the required human resource structures in accordance with the company's strategy and goals.
• Implement human resource diagnostic programs and employee satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
• Design the employee welfare package and complete it over time.
• Collaborate and advise senior management on manpower policies in line with strategic business goals.
• Address staff problems.
