Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR manager will be responsible for the contribution of employees to the performance of the business through implementing HR strategies and planes. The position calls for a person who believes in strategic and hands on HR implementation, employees partnership and trust, administrative expertise and customer service Major responsibilities will include: Recruitment, selection, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits Management, Job evaluation, salary surveys & structures, salary administration, benefits plans, Performance Management, Job descriptions, KPIs, performance plans, performance appraisals, Training needs analysis, training plan and budget, skills inventory, competency dictionary, career planning, succession planning, Internal Communication, Cultural programs, and policy and procedures.

Requirements

A leader by nature, you will be a mature person and people oriented with a strong communication, listing, trouble shooting and decision making skills. The ability to lead by example and set high performance standards and measurements. - A University degree needed for the holder of this position with at least 10 years of HR generalist, strategic and operational experience - Strategic planning, Leadership, and Analytical skills are a must for this position plus solid English language communication abilities.
